The Metolius Wood Rock Rings are similar to the classic Rock Rings, but are more compact, lighter and made with wood for a more skin-friendly feel.
Hang your Metolius Wood Rock Rings either at home, and use as part of your training regime, or carry them with you to the crag as the perfect aid to warming up.* They can also be mounted via the incorporated screw holes, if you want to revert the Rings into a fingerboard style set up.
