The Grivel Flex Bar is a multi-ply stainless steel connecting bar that improves the walking comfort of your Grivel crampons.

Without ever being able to over-force or stress the bar, even with extended use, the Flex Bars are designed to flex without breaking for more natural foot free movement. They basically work just like a car’s suspension springs and are ideal for long alpine approaches and glacier walking.
